If your vehicle is currently: Disabled
- Call 24 hr. roadside assistance at 1-866-777-6889
- Provide the producer code: 0000
- Provide your Vehicle Service Contract Number on your registration page and your plan letter.
NOTE: All claims must be authorized by the SPROUT contract Administrator prior to any repairs being performed.
If your vehicle is currently: Functioning
- Take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility
- Provide facility with a copy of your contract or your contract number
- Call 1-866-777-6889 to register repairs with the administrator

Have a pre-existing condition?
SPROUT does not cover repairs made to the Vehicle that are required due to a condition that existed prior to the purchase or transfer of your Agreement.
Emergencies
If you experience an emergency repair when our office is closed, you’ve got time — simply file by the next business day!
