If your vehicle is currently: Disabled

  1. Call 24 hr. roadside assistance at 1-866-777-6889
  2. Provide the producer code: 0000
  3. Provide your Vehicle Service Contract Number on your registration page and your plan letter.

NOTE: All claims must be authorized by the SPROUT contract Administrator prior to any repairs being performed.

If your vehicle is currently: Functioning

  1. Take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility
  2. Provide facility with a copy of your contract or your contract number
  3. Call 1-866-777-6889 to register repairs with the administrator

NOTE: All claims must be authorized by the SPROUT contract Administrator prior to any repairs being performed.

Have a pre-existing condition?

SPROUT does not cover repairs made to the Vehicle that are required due to a condition that existed prior to the purchase or transfer of your Agreement.

Emergencies

If you experience an emergency repair when our office is closed, you’ve got time — simply file by the next business day!
